welcome to my timeshare for sale blog

Timeshare is a revolutionary sytem whereby people on vacation can go away from their homes into another town or city far away and still live as if they are at home. This is possible because time is bought only on the date and time per year per person. Whiles timeshare afford some great benefit for people who are away from home for vacation, sometimes people exhaust its use; perhaps they want to go to somewhere else for vacation so the need comes for them to sell their vacation homes so that they may not keep on paying the mortgage on it. This site was created to provide video and article information about timeshare for sale. We hope that the information found here would be useful for you.

Find Timeshare Relief From BP Oil Spill

If you have been paying any attention whatsoever to the news lately you are probably well aware of the immense oil spill in the gulf of Mexico. This environmental catastrophe has caused an incredible amount of damage to the surrounding areas, the closest of which are the American states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and of course Florida. This disaster has turned into a major consideration factor for any vacationer who had these areas in mind for their next vacation trip. No one in their right mind would be happy to shop up for a nice long relaxing beach vacation only to find that the beach they intended on enjoying all week is covered with oil.

If you had planned to take a trip out to one of the coastal areas around the gulf of Mexico then you might want to think twice. And if you actually do own a timeshare property in one of these areas it is definitely time to start thinking about your options for getting out of a timeshare. Technically, there are quite a few ways to get out of a timeshare contract. However they are not all as simple and stress free as using a timeshare transfer exit solution. A lot of timeshare owners have tried to sell or rent their timeshare property and have ended up spending a lot of time and money with no success in getting out of their timeshare contract. Another option of donating a timeshare can be just as difficult if not impossible as many charities do not accept such high risk liabilities as timeshares. The most successful and proven way out always ends up being to use a guaranteed timeshare transfer exit solution.

So if you were wondering what the best solution is for you and your gulf coast timeshare in light of this massive oil spill disaster, look no further. You need to get rid of timeshares as quickly as you can if they are located anywhere near this catastrophe. Because a timeshare is already a liability even when it is in a prime location with all the luxurious accommodations to match, having an unsightly environmental spill like this will only make a timeshare or vacation rental worth less and will most likely cause a rise in your maintenance fee if not end up costing you a special assessment fee. These timeshare related headaches are just not worth it, so find out what you are going to do to make sure your gulf coast timeshare does not become a crisis in your life. Aspen Club : Future of Timeshare Development

Just one day after the Aspen Club and Spa received approval from the Aspen City Council the current managing partner, Michael Fox, left town for a family vacation. There have been some suspicions that Fox intended all along to secure approval for the new timeshare development and then leave it to a different developer to finish the job.

Fox claims that this notion is ludicrous and there is no way he is leaving the project. The idea of Aspen Club Living is a marketing concept that will be used to sell the new timeshare properties. The pitch will be about a rejuvenating retreat for your mind body and spirit. The timeshare sales will be used to help finance a major renovation and remodeling for the club which will help secure that the club stays open well into the future.

While the timeshare and fractional ownership properties are in huge supply, enough for about three or four years worth, rate of sales are going down. However the average cost for a fractional ownership or timeshare is around $500,000 according to a report from the Land Title Guarantee Company. The timeshare profits will also be used to improve the health and wellness of the local community residents. There will be a .25% assessment added to each timeshare to fund this community project.

Despite some doubts that this development is not in the best interest of the Aspen community Fox says the chances of this project actually coming into fruition are “pretty good”. Filed under: Timeshare News Tagged: | Aspen Club and Spa, timeshare development, Timeshare Relief

What If My Timeshare Company Goes Bankrupt?

The economic news looks promising for the future as forecasters are predicting a thaw later in the year.  However, as you may know, timeshare developers are in a world of hurt right now as even the biggest companies are laying off staff and keeping amenities to a minimum.

What if you timeshare company goes bankrupt?  As industry leaders go to Washington asking for a handout, you may start to hear rumors about the financial stability of your timeshare company.  What do you need to know?

If you hear rumors of financial trouble, and you are considering letting go of your timeshare, time is of the essence.  Selling a timeshare in good financial times can be extraordinarily difficult.  In times like this, it can be impossible.

And if the timeshare company does file for bankruptcy, payments on timeshares may still need to be made as normal. Do Timeshare Maintenance Fees Ever Decrease?

Timeshare Relief deep thoughtsDuring timeshare presentations, the audience is often shown a chart or some organized way of portraying timeshare costs as being less than comparable luxury hotel accommodations over time.  At least in the past, these comparisons included escalation in hotel costs due to inflation.  But was the consistent rise in maintenance fees ever discussed?  Probably not.  But many timeshare owners have experienced increases in their maintenance fees.

Regardless of the presentation style or exact numbers, the case is made for a timeshare to save money over a period of time if a timeshare owner can consistently go on vacation annually to their timeshare.  This way the new timeshare owner can justify spending the money now in order to save later.

However, one assumption is made in the cost analysis — the price of hotel rooms does not go DOWN.  But during this recession, we know that hotels have lowered costs, sometimes drastically in order to bring in guests. This begs the question, “Do timeshare maintenance fees ever decrease?”  I cannot recall a timeshare owner ever getting a smaller annual maintenance fee bill year-to-future-year.  This would certainly change the cost comparisons between hotels and timeshares.

Just a couple questions to ask your timeshare sales person the next time you find yourself in a timeshare presentation. Filed under: Timeshare Costs Tagged: | hotels and timeshares, Maintenance Fees, saving money, Time Share, timeshare presentation
